INES gutter system is made of PVC and is characterized by low weight, excellent resistance to atmospheric conditions and loong-lasting color – qualities that are confirmed by laboratory tests and aging tests. The production technologies guarantee high quality of our products and long-term guarantee.
More detailed information about the installation
Proper installation of gutters protects them from hitting of masses of snow. The gutter is mounted on the front board so that its outer edge should not protrude above the eaves. Follow the diagram.

Cut the gutter to the required size with a hacksaw and clean.
Place the inner edge of the gutter under the outer edge of the running outlet. The ends of the gutter must overlap the gasket of the running outlet. Click and secure the outer edge of the gutter to the running outlet.
Place the inner edge of the gutter into the back of the gutter fascia bracket. By clicking, fix the outer edge of the gutter in the front of the bracket.
Place the inner edge of the gutter into the union elements - bend, union and gutter union. The ends of the gutter must overlap the seals of all union elements. Fix the outer edge of the gutter to the connecting elements.
The gutter stopend is universal and can be mounted on any side. Tightly fix the stopend to the edge of the gutter by sliding.
The gutter system consists of pipes, pipe connectors, bends and branches. In case the eaves have a distance of more than 10 cm. from the facade, use bends to form the angle of the connection. Cut the pipe to the required size and set the required angle with the bends. When connecting, provide 10mm. distance between the edge of the pipe and the inner edge of the union element to compensate for thermal shrinkage and expansion.
Install the pipe brackets at a maximum distance of 200 - 250 cm from each other and a maximum of 35 cm. from the end of the pipe. For mounting, use a pipe bracket fastener with length corresponding to that required for a firm fit. After placing the drain pipe in the bracket bed, tighten the retaining screw.
Place the pipe connector into the pipes, following the direction indicated by the arrows. When connecting, provide 10 mm. distance between the edge of the pipe and the inner edge of the pipe connector to compensate for heat shrinkage and expansion of the material.
